Overview
Golden Key Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead responsible for oversight and execution of Talent Acquisition activities in support of federal human capital operations. The role is accountable for the development and execution of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements for talent acquisition and workforce staffing initiatives.
The Talent Acquisition Lead manages the day-to-day operational execution of talent acquisition services and is authorized to act on all matters related to daily operations. The position ensures successful delivery of all technical, financial, and contractual requirements, while implementing management processes and operational procedures that support performance objectives.
This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all operational activities supporting Talent Acquisition requirements.
Oversee day-to-day execution of recruiting, staffing, and workforce acquisition activities in support of federal HR programs.
Ensure contract performance meets technical, financial, and contractual requirements.
Implement management processes and business operations to ensure program performance and compliance.
Manage multiple projects and talent acquisition initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
Apply skills-based assessments and talent evaluation methods to support recruitment for technical roles.
Provide effective communication and coordination with civilian officials, managers, and workforce stakeholders.
Support workforce planning and recruitment strategies aligned with mission requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required.
Minimum 6 years of experience supporting federal human resources programs.
Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience.
Experience applying skills-based assessments for technical positions.
Desired Qualifications
10 or more years of experience supporting federal human resources, including at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
Certifications
PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
