SENIOR ENGINEER
Adsync Technologies is seeking a Senior Engineer to support the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Center for Rapid Innovation (CRI) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
The Senior Engineer will provide technical leadership and engineering expertise supporting rapid prototyping, technology development, testing, and transition efforts across air, space, cyber, and advanced technology programs. The position will support engineering assessments, test planning, technical reviews, technology demonstrations, and transition activities to operational users.
The Senior Engineer will maintain responsibility for engineering analysis, technical documentation, flight and ground test support, risk assessments, and coordination with government, industry, and operational stakeholders.
Education Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline
Experience:
• Minimum of ten years of relevant engineering experience
• Experience supporting Department of Defense acquisition, research, development, test, and evaluation programs
• Experience leading engineering assessments, technical reviews, and test activities
• Experience supporting rapid prototyping and technology transition efforts
• Ability to communicate technical information to senior government leadership and stakeholders
Security Clearance Requirement:
• Active Top Secret clearance required
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility
