Kryptauri is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to engineer the platform that delivers AI and machine learning capabilities to mission users. Your focus will be infrastructure automation, deployment, and service reliability, with responsibility for the platform layer supporting production AI services.
You will deploy containerized workloads in on-premises Kubernetes environments, build automated delivery pipelines, and design infrastructure for availability and performance. You will implement monitoring that reveals service health and usage patterns, then use those insights to improve operations. Working with data scientists, system administrators, and stakeholders, you will translate operational needs into infrastructure that supports rapid, dependable delivery.

Kryptauri is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to engineer the platform that delivers AI and machine learning capabilities to mission users. Your focus will be infrastructure automation, deployment, and service reliability, with responsibility for the platform layer supporting production AI services.
You will deploy containerized workloads in on-premises Kubernetes environments, build automated delivery pipelines, and design infrastructure for availability and performance. You will implement monitoring that reveals service health and usage patterns, then use those insights to improve operations. Working with data scientists, system administrators, and stakeholders, you will translate operational needs into infrastructure that supports rapid, dependable delivery.
Required Skills
- Twelve years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; four additional years of experience may substitute for the degree.
- Experience deploying and managing services on on-premises infrastructure.
- Production experience containerizing and orchestrating services with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience implementing observability with Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
- Experience using Git for version control.
- Working familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Desired Skills
- Experience with vLLM, TorchServe, TensorFlow Serving, or Triton Inference Server.
- Knowledge of AI infrastructure tools such as LiteLLM, Bifrost, Ray, or Ollama.
- Familiarity with Istio, Linkerd, or advanced Kubernetes deployment patterns.
- Awareness of emerging AI and machine learning models and their suitability for different use cases.
- Understanding of signals intelligence collection and analysis systems.
- Experience supporting operational cyber capabilities.
