Kryptauri is seeking a Software Engineer to make AI useful and accessible through well-designed applications. You will develop tools that connect mission users with AI capabilities, adapting open-source software and building features around their day-to-day needs.
You will work directly with users to understand requirements, refine interfaces, and turn emerging ideas into maintainable software. The role also includes supporting existing applications and infrastructure, improving service availability, and addressing performance and security concerns. Your contribution will help users apply AI with less friction in their workflows.

You will work directly with users to understand requirements, refine interfaces, and turn emerging ideas into maintainable software. The role also includes supporting existing applications and infrastructure, improving service availability, and addressing performance and security concerns. Your contribution will help users apply AI with less friction in their workflows.
Required Skills
- Three years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; four additional years of experience may substitute for the degree.
- Proficiency in Python or another object-oriented programming language.
- Experience incorporating large language models into software workflows.
- Familiarity with user interface and user experience principles.
- Ability to learn new technologies as user needs evolve.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to seek clarification and feedback.
Desired Skills
- Experience with open-source interfaces for large language models, such as OpenWebUI.
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud providers.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
- Familiarity with Argo CD or other CI/CD tools.
- Experience maintaining production applications using site reliability engineering practices.
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
