OVERVIEW

Location: Remote, preferred Boston, MA or Dayton, OH
As a Full-Stack Developer III, you will design, develop, and maintain web services and applications in a LEMP Stack environment (Linux, Nginx, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and PHP). You will gather and document requirements, implement new features, and improve system functionality while ensuring compliance with coding, security, and performance standards. Your role includes troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions. You will work with technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, Web API, LINQ, OOP, Design Patterns, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Laravel, ReactJS, Bootstrap3, and Google Maps while applying best practices in agile software development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop web services and APIs for system integration
Gather and document business requirements from clients and internal teams
Design, implement, and enhance applications using LEMP Stack technologies
Maintain and improve software functionality while ensuring coding, security, and compliance standards
Collaborate with stakeholders, departments, and customers to resolve development and implementation issues
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
Work with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, LINQ, and OOP to develop scalable applications
Develop front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like ReactJS and Bootstrap3
Maintain version control using SVN and apply agile development methodologies
Write unit tests, refactor code, and optimize query performance for relational databases
Support and document internal tools, software development processes, and best practices
Provide technical support to operational strategies aligned within your program and initiatives that optimize processes, enhance productivity, and ensure quality across all program functions
Ensure 100% of planned hours are worked and recorded
Identify and forward to your leadership any opportunities that could lead to growth within your work area
Participate in growth efforts as requested
Ensure all contractual deliverables are met/exceeded to the customer's satisfaction
Complete personal PDP and attend staff meetings and Storytime (with camera on)
Build productive and positive professional relationships with clients within your program
Execute all contract requirements as assigned in accordance with the contract-specific LCAT and requirements
Perform other related duties as assigned
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Clearance: Active TS/SCI
Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
Strong experience in full-stack development, including PHP, JavaScript, and relational databases
Proven ability to develop solutions for complex technical challenges independently
PREFERRED ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with frameworks and libraries such as Laravel, ReactJS, and Bootstrap3
Knowledge of performance tuning, usability, testing, and automation
Familiarity with cloud technologies and scalable web application architecture
