Our ideal candidate will have the following: KEY QUALIFICATIONS Clearance: Active security clearance (Secret or higher) Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred. 10+ years of experience in HR leadership, talent management, or human capital strategy, preferably within the DoD or federal contracting industry Deep understanding of federal contracting workforce dynamics, including security clearance requirements and contract-specific HR compliance Proven ability to scale HR operations in a growing organization while maintaining a high-performance culture Strong knowledge of labor laws, EEOC regulations, and federal HR compliance.
