Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Paraprofessional - School Setting
Location: Warminster, PA 18974
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Student Hours: 9:00 AM-3:35 PM
Position Overview
The Judge Group is seeking reliable and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) / Paraprofessionals to support elementary-aged students in a school-based setting in Warminster, PA.
These positions provide direct academic, behavioral, social, and personal care support to students receiving Emotional Support, Autism Support, and Life Skills services. Candidates will work closely with teachers, therapists, administrators, and other school staff to help students safely and successfully participate throughout the school day.

Important: This is a hands-on student support position. Candidates must be comfortable providing personal care assistance, including feeding, toileting, changing/diapering, hygiene support, and behavioral intervention as needed.

Candidates will work closely with teachers, therapists, administrators, and other school staff to help students safely and successfully participate throughout the school day.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students
- Assist with classroom activities and academic participation
- Support students with behavioral, emotional, communication, and social needs
- Follow behavior support plans and strategies established by school staff
- Assist students during classroom transitions, specials, lunch, recess, and other activities
- Support students in Autism Support, Emotional Support, and Life Skills classrooms
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide feeding assistance when needed
- Assist with toileting, changing/diapering, and hygiene needs
- Help maintain student safety and engagement throughout the school day
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and support staff
- Maintain professionalism and student confidentiality
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience working with children preferred
- Experience with special needs, autism, behavioral health, education, childcare, or related settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, dependable, and comfortable working in a hands-on student support role
- Must be comfortable assisting with feeding, toileting, diapering/changing, hygiene, and behavioral needs
- 5 immediate openings

- FBI/DOE Fingerprint Clearance with UEID
- PA Criminal Background Clearance
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- Act 24 Arrest/Conviction Form
- Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training
- TB Test
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- High School Diploma/GED or higher education transcript
