The successful candidate will have strong analytic and communication skills and work well in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team environment. Occasional travel is required. Job description: - Apply advanced software technologies and principles to develop innovative M&S solutions for in-service and next generation radar systems. - Perform trade studies, requirements development, and interface definition to translate customer requirements into software specifications. - Develop models and detailed simulations to assess system performance. - Support integration and test, evaluate test results, investigate discrepancies, provide technical assessment of anomalies, and drive issues to resolution. - Conduct verification and validation activities. - Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership, and multidisciplinary engineering teams on significant technical matters. Basic Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering or equivalent combined with 6+ years of related experience. - Proficient in and working knowledge of Unix, Linux, Python, C++. - Experience in an Agile workflow environment. - Strong customer focus with proven ability to drive complex technical issues/challenges to closure.
