We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Technician to provide direct support to students in an educational setting. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and school personnel to help create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct behavioral support to students with autism and other behavioral needs.
- Assist in managing challenging behaviors, including elopement and occasional aggression.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with classroom staff and support teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, behavioral incidents, and interventions.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Support students in achieving academic, social, and behavioral goals.
- Experience working with children with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges preferred.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in high-stress situations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to student success.
- Ability to follow established behavior support plans and school protocols.
