Pay and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $145,000 to $175,000.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Oversees project execution to ensure tasks, schedules, resources, and deliverables align with program objectives.
- Monitors contract resources and maintain cost control.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the Government and maintains effective communication with stakeholders.
- Identifies potential program risks and develops appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure program activities comply with applicable regulations, policies, and requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to effectively lead a team to perform the duties assigned and required.
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous assignments.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- Demonstrated experience identifying program risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Active Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any related professional certifications.
