What You'll Do


  • Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments

  • Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results

  • Ensure compliance with contract and security standards

  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance

  • Operate SIGINT collection and collection management equipment in accordance with user and position manuals.

  • Support Mission Management and Collection Management activities.

  • Support the implementation of collection-tasking strategies.

  • Provide operational assistance to users during upgrades/installation of new collection systems

  • Participate in discussions with Offices of Primary Concern (OPC) and customers to promote dissemination of accurate collection assessments.

  • Respond to collection requirements received from Data Orchestration Services.

  • Support the review of collection priorities submitted by the Information and Intelligence Analysis organization.

  • Gather collection related statistics and document operational activities in daily logs and collection summaries.

  • Optimize collection activities in accordance with standard operating procedures and government guidance.

  • Operate, demonstrate, and provide informal training on current or prototype intelligence systems, either deployed or in test.

  • Provide technical assistance necessary to meet collection-tasking strategies.

  • Conduct discussions between various TOPIs and other customers ensuring accurate collection assessments are received/shared.

  • Participate in the review and validation of collection priorities submitted by Information and Intelligence Analysis.

  • Support technical development of junior personnel in the area of SIGINT analytical tradecraft.

  • Provide technical direction and technical support for the development of training.

  • Collect, compile, and prepare drafts of information related to characteristics of signals based on Government identification of signals.

  • Conduct and document all-source research to identify the communications used by targets of interest.

  • Provide collection summary reports, statistics, and metrics via formal and informal communications.

  • Maintain knowledge of site capabilities to include end-to-end data flow to help recognize and define collection problems.



What You Bring


  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

  • Experience supporting government or DoD programs

  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Fourteen (14) years of professional experience supporting a military and/or government cryptologic mission. Professional experience may include mission support as a military or government collector, language or Signal Analyst as it relates to acquiring, identifying, processing, and reporting on electromagnetic emissions.



Preferred Qualifications


  • Relevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, PMP, AWS, etc.)

  • Agile, cloud, or modernization experience

  • Background in process improvement or analytical services



Compensation & Benefits


The projected salary range for this position is $162,900-$175,000, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
