What You'll Do


  • Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments

  • Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results

  • Ensure compliance with contract and security standards

  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance

  • Independently perform and provide guidance to LEVEL 1 contractor personnel involved with SIGINT development.

  • Identify target communications within the global network.

  • Provide SIGDEV support for the purposes of optimizing and developing accesses.

  • ability to demonstrate the incorporation of independent research to enhance target development.

  • Ability to develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information.



What You Bring


  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

  • Experience supporting government or DoD programs

  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • At least ten (10) years demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge in SIGINT development analytic support.

  • Within the last ten (10) years, at least five (5) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.



Preferred Qualifications


  • Relevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, PMP, AWS, etc.)

  • Agile, cloud, or modernization experience

  • Background in process improvement or analytical services

  • Critical thinking and reasoning to make analytic determinations. Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors.

  • Experience in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.

  • Experience in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.

  • Experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development

  • Familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories

  • Ability to provide SIGDEV support for the purposes of optimizing and developing access

  • Experience with DNR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP

  • *Specific to this position on the Cross-Access Team: Candidate must have experience in creating, modifying, and querying fingerprints in SIGINT tools. Must also be comfortable interacting with partners and familiar with ITAR exporting process. Experience with Cloud Datacenters highly desirable. Experience with protocol analysis and telecommunications targets highly desirable*



Compensation & Benefits


The projected salary range for this position is $197,300-$219,200, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
