Seeking dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support our Low Incidence Program. In this role, you will evaluate, assess, and deliver specialized speech and language therapeutic interventions to students ages 5 through 21. Your work will empower students to enhance their communication skills, support language development, and foster meaningful participation in both educational and community environments.

Job Description
Seeking dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support our Low Incidence Program. In this role, you will evaluate, assess, and deliver specialized speech and language therapeutic interventions to students ages 5 through 21. Your work will empower students to enhance their communication skills, support language development, and foster meaningful participation in both educational and community environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluations & Assessments: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations for students.
- Therapy Delivery: Develop, implement, and adjust individualized therapy plans and direct intervention services across educational, home, and community settings.
- Collaboration: Partner with families, educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic student support.
- IEP/IFSP Participation: Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) meetings as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
Education & Licensure
- Education: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- License: Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology License.
- Certification: Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Certification (Educational Specialist or Speech-Language Impairment preferred).
- ASHA: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with school-age children (5-21) or young children in Early Intervention settings is preferred.

- PA State License & PDE Certification (if applicable)
- PA Child Abuse History Clearance
- PA State Police Criminal Record Check
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance
- Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure
- Arrest/Conviction Disclosure Statement
- Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Professional Personnel ID (PPID) Number
- TB Test Clearance
