Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for children receiving Early Intervention services.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services in homes and community settings.
- Coach and educate parents, caregivers, and family members on strategies to support developmental goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
- Recommend adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and intervention strategies as appropriate.
Required
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy License.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to travel throughout Delaware County to provide services.
- Experience working in Early Intervention, pediatric, or school-based settings.
- Knowledge of child development and family-centered service delivery models.
- Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy License
