Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Early Intervention
Location: Delaware County, PA
Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
Program: Early Intervention (Birth to Age 5)
Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide Early Intervention services to infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. The SLP will evaluate, assess, and provide therapeutic interventions that support communication, language development, and overall participation in home, community, and educational environments.

Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide Early Intervention services to infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. The SLP will evaluate, assess, and provide therapeutic interventions that support communication, language development, and overall participation in home, community, and educational environments.
Available Opportunities
- Full-Time Opportunities (4-5 days per week)
- Part-Time Opportunities (3 days per week)
- Conduct speech-language evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each child's unique needs.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services in home, community, and educational settings.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service records.
- Participate in IFSP and IEP meetings as appropriate.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
- Provide education and support to families and caregivers to encourage skill development across environments.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology License required.
- PDE Certification preferred.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children in Early Intervention or pediatric settings preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology License
- PDE Certification (if applicable)
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance
- Act 168 Employment History Review
- Arrest/Conviction Disclosure
- Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training
