The Research Program Coordinator supports planning, execution, coordination, tracking, and administration of hearing research studies, public health initiatives, regulatory activities, and stakeholder engagement efforts supporting military hearing health programs.

The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 annually.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Coordinate research and public health projects.
- Maintain schedules, milestones, and action-item tracking.
- Support IRB submissions and regulatory compliance activities.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings and communications.
- Support participant recruitment and study logistics.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and briefings.
- Monitor deliverables and contract performance requirements.
- Support workforce planning and resource coordination.
- Assist with quality control and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess excellent ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum two (2) years of project coordination experience
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable Government suitability determination.
- Ability to obtain and maintain SECRET clearance if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting federal healthcare, public health, or research programs.
- Experience supporting clinical research studies and human-subjects research.
- Experience coordinating IRB documentation and submissions.
- Experience supporting military medical treatment facilities.
- Familiarity with hearing conservation, occupational health, or readiness programs.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams, hybrid work environments, remote operations, or nationwide field activities.
- Preferred candidates will have current or prior experience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Hearing Center of Excellence (HCE), National Military Audiology and Speech Pathology Center (NMASC), Defense Centers for Public Health (DCPH), Military Health System (MHS), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), military treatment facilities (MTFs), hearing conservation programs, auditory readiness initiatives, or other military health and public health programs.

The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 annually.
