Summary:

Supports Army readiness, modernization, and equipment management efforts through analysis, coordination, and implementation of equipping guidance across Army organizations.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:
  • Analyze Army equipping guidance and modernization initiatives.
  • Coordinate readiness and equipment management efforts across ACOMs, ASCCs, and DRUs.
  • Support Army Strategic Readiness Assessments and Total Army Readiness Reviews.
  • Develop reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Track readiness metrics and materiel support requirements.
  • Support modernization and fleet management initiatives.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
  • Excellent analytical and briefing skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of Army logistics experience.
  • Minimum 5 years supporting ACOM, ASCC, or equivalent headquarters organizations.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, SharePoint, and Army readiness systems.
  • Clearance: Active Secret

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Former Army logistics planner or readiness analyst.
  • Experience supporting AMC, FORSCOM, AFC, or HQDA.
