Primary Responsibilities
- Support POM planning and budget development.
- Analyze cryptographic modernization funding requirements.
- Develop budget estimates and cost projections.
- Assess resource shortfalls and funding gaps.
- Support DoD budget certification reviews.
- Develop financial reports and planning documentation.
- Coordinate with DoD Components regarding cryptographic modernization investments.
- Support implementation planning and budgeting for PQC initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Master's degree and 12 years of experience; OR
- Bachelor's degree and 14 years of experience.
Experience with:
- PPBE
- POM Development
- CAPE Processes
- Federal Budgeting
- DoD Resource Management
