Shifts/Schedule: M–F schedule; flexibility based on training events and mission timelines
Contract/Perm: 6-month contract-to-hire
Conversion salary: $185k max
Clearance: Active Top Secret required (TS/SCI highly favorable)


Day-To-Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Top Secret cleared LVC Mission Planner to support complex Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training events for tactical aviation users.
This individual will be responsible for designing, integrating, and executing distributed training missions that align live assets, simulators, and constructive forces into a single, coordinated training event. The role requires close collaboration with pilots, simulator operators, engineers, and customer stakeholders to ensure training scenarios are realistic, executable, and tactically relevant.
Responsibilities include:
• Plan and build LVC mission scenarios supporting tactical aviation training objectives
• Integrate live aircraft, virtual simulators, and constructive forces into cohesive training events
• Serve as a tactical and simulation SME during mission planning, execution, and debrief
• Coordinate with pilots, weapons officers, engineers, and program staff to align training goals
• Modify mission data, scenarios, and constructive inputs to support realistic combat replication
• Support execution of distributed training events and troubleshoot simulation or integration issues
• Participate in mission run throughs, after action reviews, and customer feedback sessions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training content, scenarios, and TTPs
Must Haves:
• Strong LVC simulation background and tactical aviation fighter SME experience
• Hands on experience supporting military simulation or training environments
• Demonstrated experience in mission planning for tactical or distributed training events
• Ability to translate operational requirements into executable LVC scenarios
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI strongly preferred)
