SEEKING Secret Systems Engineers in NEW JERSEY
Insight Global is supporting multiple Modeling & Simulation Engineering openings across two teams at Hill AFB, UT, with opportunities available at the Mid-Level, Senior, and Principal Engineer levels. These positions support one of the Department of Defense's most important strategic deterrence missions, focused on both the long-term sustainment of current ICBM systems and the development of next-generation capabilities. This is highly visible, mission-critical work supporting a program with strong long-term funding, providing exceptional stability, technical complexity, and career growth. Engineers will work on high-fidelity flight simulation environments, 6-DOF modeling, system performance analysis, Monte Carlo studies, dynamics and structural assessments, and software development using tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, Python, Fortran, or Ada. The teams are looking for engineers with experience in Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis who want to solve complex technical challenges that directly impact national security. Hill AFB has become one of the fastest-growing centers for advanced weapons system engineering in the country, attracting significant defense investment and creating long-term demand for cleared engineering talent. Northern Utah offers a strong quality of life, affordable living compared to many major defense hubs, easy access to world-class outdoor recreation, and a growing aerospace and defense community. Candidates must have an Active Secret Clearance (or higher), the ability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance, and be able to work onsite at Hill AFB. If you're interested in supporting a mission that matters while working alongside some of the industry's top engineers, I'd be happy to set up a call to discuss the opportunity.
