The National Systems Group serves as the technical advisor to the Intelligence Community and its mission partners involved in the collection and distribution of national and tactical intelligence, including electronics programs, advanced technologies, ground and communications, imagery programs, and systems engineering and launch.
The Advanced Mission Integration Division is at the forefront of integrating IC and DoW capabilities for the joint warfighter. As the Multi-INT Systems Integration Engineer (Senior Project Engineer - Multi-Discplinary Engineering), this is your opportunity to directly influence, evaluate and advise on the requirements, testing and employment of a Joint Live Virtual Constructive (JLVC) simulation and modeling tool. An additional role is to complete the development of an Aerospace prototype cubesat and coordinate its on-orbit demonstration involving multiple DoW stakeholders.
The selected candidate will be required to work 100% on-site in a government office full-time in Chantilly, Virginia with occasional meetings at two customer sites in the local area.

What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as a trusted advisor on agile software development and acquisition processes for a JLVC tool used in Service and Combatant Command exercises.
- Serve as Aerospace's technical representative and advisor to a government customer to scope and guide the completion and demonstration of a prototype cubesat
- Lead engineering assessments with company subject matter experts in modeling and simulation, information systems, software development and mission payload data.
- Work in a government program office and contribute to group efforts.
What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements Senior Project Engineer - Multi-Disciplinary Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or closely related field involving space operations and joint warfighting capability development along with a Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 10 years of overall applicable experience.
- Minimum 8-12 years working with the DoW and/or IC to develop, design, and or test air, ground or space systems
- Experience in government program management environments, including the ability to work all phases of design and system acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of DoW and IC national and tactical sensors
- Willing to travel d omestically approx. up to 15% of the time for CONUS exercises
- This position requires a current and active TS/SBI/SCI security clearance and the ability to obtain a polygraph, which is issued by the U.S. government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance
