AI / ML Engineer – Defense & Intelligence
Location: Huntsville, AL
Clearance: TS/SCI (CI Poly preferred)

The Opportunity
BB6 Defense is looking for an AI/ML Engineer who can apply machine learning to real-world defense and intelligence challenges.
This role blends AI engineering, data analysis, and mission systems—working directly with government customers to deliver impact where it matters.
What You’ll Do
Build and deploy AI/ML models for defense and intelligence applications
Work with complex data (sensor, ISR, telemetry, etc.)
Analyze and support advanced systems (missile, aerospace, or similar)
Turn mission problems into practical AI solutions
Deliver insights and products directly to end users
Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and operators
What You Need
Active TS/SCI clearance (CI Poly preferred)
Degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or similar
Experience with Python + ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
Ability to work with real-world, messy data
Background in one of the following:
Defense systems
Intelligence analysis
Aerospace / missile systems
Sensor or signal data
Nice to Have
Experience applying AI in defense or IC environments
Knowledge of RF, EO/IR, or guidance systems
Real-time or operational AI deployment experience
