Position Overview

The engineer will collaborate across teams to modernize systems, improve data parsing and visualization capabilities, and ensure solutions support mission-critical analysis and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of software features for data presentation and visualization tools
- Enhance and modernize existing systems to improve performance, usability, and scalability
- Develop and optimize capabilities for parsing and displaying complex datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions
- Troubleshoot complex defects and provide technical guidance on issue resolution
- Support development of interactive, responsive user interfaces for data exploration
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction of the platform
- Translate complex data into meaningful, user-driven insights
Minimum Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Substitution: Four (4) additional years of Software Engineering experience on similar projects may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- Twenty (20) years of Software Engineering experience
- Alternative: Twenty-four (24) years of experience without a degree
Required Technical Skills
- Extensive development experience with Java
- Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML and CSS
- Experience developing full stack applications with a focus on data visualization and user interaction
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with React and Material UI
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Rancher for container management
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including GitLab pipelines
- Experience leading development efforts and mentoring junior engineers
