TS/SCI + ACTIVE Full-Scope Polygraph Required
Location: Various On-Site Locations in the Annapolis Junction area
Junior- to senior-level positions are available.
Build and operate mission‑grade autonomous AI systems used in live classified workflows.
This role focuses on designing and sustaining agentic platforms that integrate models, tools, data, and event‑driven pipelines into reliable, debuggable production systems.

Python | Agentic Framework | Kafka | REST APIs | Linux | Production Hardening | Git-based Workflows
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and operate autonomous agent platforms supporting real mission use.
Implement agent reasoning loops, tool/function calling, and multi‑agent coordination.
Build streaming and event‑driven pipelines for agent decision‑making.
Integrate APIs, data sources, and analytics into intelligent workflows.
Harden AI systems for reliability, observability, and long‑term sustainment.
Provide technical leadership in architecture, system design, and operational tradeoffs.
What You’ll Need
Strong Python experience in production backend or AI‑enabled systems.
Experience with agentic frameworks, structured outputs, or workflow orchestration.
Experience with asynchronous systems, streaming platforms, and API integration.
Linux development experience with CI/CD and Git‑based workflows.
Willingness to own system behavior through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field required with a minimum of 3 years' (junior-level), 8 years' (mid-level), or 12 years' (senior-level) career experience in software engineering.
