About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician IV to provide on‑site IT support across multiple local sites. This position involves supporting a diverse user base, including both local and remote employees, and delivering high‑quality technical assistance in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues for both local and remote users.
- Perform root‑cause analysis and resolve issues or escalate appropriately.
- Deliver A/V support for conference rooms and meeting spaces.
- Provide high‑touch support to executive‑level end users.
- Manage end‑user hardware moves, adds, and changes.
- Configure new systems and support workstation refresh cycles.
- Support mobile devices, VoIP phones, printers, and VPN connectivity.
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets according to SLAs.
- Document work performed within the ticketing system.
- Create and update Knowledge Base articles as needed.
- Provide occasional after‑hours or surge-support when required.
- Travel between multiple local sites as necessary.
Required Skills
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- Experience supporting senior/executive leadership
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- Strong proficiency with:
- Windows 11 OS
- Microsoft 365 (Teams, Intune, OneDrive)
- Remote support tools
- Online ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Active Directory
- SCCM for software deployment
- Basic networking troubleshooting skills
- Experience resolving VPN issues
- Experience imaging laptops and joining systems to domains
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
Experience Requirements
- High School diploma and 4+ years of IT support experience (or equivalent).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Demonstrated experience in end‑user support across Windows 10/11 environments.
- Experience supporting mobile devices and remote users.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Must be able to travel between local sites as needed.
