Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain a model-based IT enterprise architecture.
• Work closely with IT Enterprise Architects to determine model views and gather needed data.
• Work with partners that are not familiar with modeling and help them translate their IT architecture into a model.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content providers, content consumers, developers, engineers, and business analysts.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
• B.S. degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (M.S. preferred); and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proficient in Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and Model-Based Systems Engineering, with proven experience translating concepts into SysML or UML.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., UAF, TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF).
• Excellent communication skills for technical writing, oral briefings, and executive-level products.
• Ability to consider IT architecture issues from many different perspectives.
• Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and advancements.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Five or more years of experience working with or in the Intelligence Community (IC).
• SysML Model Builder Intermediate or SysML Model Builder Advanced certification.
• Experience analyzing compliance with an IT Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering tools (e.g., MagicDraw, Rational Rhapsody, Cameo, Genesys, etc.).
