The Logistics Analyst IV will support the Force Projection Directorate (FPD) for US Army Medical Materiel Agency (USAMMA). The Contractor shall provide logistics service support in medical acquisition, supply chain and logistics activities across the full spectrum of military health care worldwide and its operational forces during peacetime and wartime missions.

The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000 annually.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Shall assist and/or provide technical mission guidance, various mission reports, conduct mission risk assessments, maintain deploy ability, in order to conduct mission operations with APS, UDP, MMRP, FMS and other gaining units
- Shall execute on-site and remote Materiel Missions that include assisting and/or providing technical guidance for the de-processing, staging, inventory, and hand-off of materiel from APS, UDP, MMRP, FMS to other gaining units/agencies. The contractor shall execute on-site and remove Materiel Mission that include assisting and/or providing technical guidance for retrograde of materiel to APS, UDP, MMRP and FMS
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Shall become familiar with and understand the DoD 5000 and the associated acquisition procedures
- Solid understanding of logistics principles and distribution management
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools
- Shall have the ability to successfully communicate with personnel at various echelons using effective interpersonal and communication skills in addition to managing numerous efforts and effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking requirements that have a direct impact on the Program.
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex tasks while contributing to team efforts
- Familiarity with inventory management and cost-saving strategies
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires 5-8 years of related experience
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement methodologies
- Must be a US citizen
- Ability to successfully pass a employment background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
