ICAM Specialist (IAM/PAM/SSO)

Overview
Seeking an ICAM Specialist to support identity, access, and privileged access capabilities across Windows and Linux environments. Focus is on the administration, integration, support, and troubleshooting of core IAM/PAM/SSO tooling.

Primary Duties
• Support Delinea Secret Server (secrets onboarding, access workflows, rotations, troubleshooting).
• Support Keycloak (OIDC/SAML app integrations, realm/client configuration support, troubleshooting).
• Support Ping Suite (PingFederate, PingDirectory) operations and troubleshooting.
• Support SailPoint (IGA) operations (access requests, certifications, workflow/connector troubleshooting).
• Support identity integrations across Windows and Linux systems.
• Maintain SOPs/runbooks and support incident resolution.
Required Qualifications
• Active Secret clearance.
• 5+ years hands-on experience using and supporting:
- Delinea Secret Server
- Keycloak
- Ping Suite (PingFederate, PingDirectory)
- SailPoint (IGA)
- Windows and Linux
• Working knowledge of SAML, OIDC/OAuth2, LDAP/LDAPS.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have)
• PKI and certificate-based authentication support.
• MFA support, including YubiKey onboarding/troubleshooting.
