What you will do
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to understand and address the needs of analysts and developers
- Software Development: Design, architect, and implement robust and scalable software solutions that align with project objectives and requirements
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical lead for initiatives, coordinating work across integrated teams
- Team Coaching: Conduct regular one-on-ones and provide coaching, feedback, and support for assigned team members
- Project Ownership: Independently drive projects, taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle
- Automation: Build automation workflows and policies for provisioning, configuration, and security enforcement
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
- Code Reviews: Perform thorough code reviews to ensure quality and compliance
- Requirements Gathering: Elicit requirements from stakeholders to align solutions with mission objectives
- Documentation: Write detailed documentation to support compliance processes and operational workflows
What you need to have
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
- Education & Experience:
- B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional years of experience in place of a degree
- 12 years of experience in designing, building, and operating large-scale production systems
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep expertise in systems integration across diverse technologies and platforms
- Strong, production-grade software development experience in C/C++, Python, and Java
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence organizational change
- Experience developing technical policies and governance frameworks
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
- Adaptability: Ability to balance hands-on engineering with leadership and coordination responsibilities
What we'd like you to have
- CNO Experience: Experience working within the CNO customer space
- DevOps Expertise: Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes, such as automated testing and CI/CD workflows
- Containerization: Experience with service containerization and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes
- SIGINT Knowledge: Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
