Technical Advisor Lead (Cyber Directorate)
Location Columbia Description
Position: J9 Directorate Action Group (DAG) Support Lead
Location: Columbia, MD
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift
Clearance: Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
Required Experience
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree)
- Minimum 8 years supporting large organizations or complex programs
- Minimum 3 years of personnel management and experience partnering with senior leaders
- Provide expertise in service strategy, policy coordination, and operational planning
- Review and analyze documents, prepare comments, and coordinate decision memoranda and legislative inputs
- Oversee internal task management systems (WMS, ETMS2, JIRA) across the directorate
- Draft and coordinate point papers for J9 leadership
- Brief Directorate leaders weekly on priorities and task status
- Prepare leadership for upcoming engagements and ensure deliverables are completed
- Support development of cyber-related concepts of operation and doctrine
- Serve as liaison to Division leadership to improve business processes and develop SOPs
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams and collaboration efforts
- Compile staffing requirements and coordinate hiring actions
- Support PMO data calls, monthly reporting, and forecasting activities
- Master's degree in a technical or business discipline
- Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and SharePoint (including permissions management)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working closely with senior leadership in collaborative environments
