Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a highly motivated and well-qualified Senior Program Scheduler / EVMS Analyst to join our team of skilled and diverse professionals.
This role is responsible for developing, supporting, and integrating program plans and schedules, while ensuring full compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements. The selected candidate will lead the development and maintenance of detailed program schedules, coordinate and integrate multiple work plans, and ensure all activities align with established scheduling policies and are accurately reflected in the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Program Scheduler EVMS Analyst must:
- Develop, maintain, and analyze compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) supporting DoD and SAP/SCI programs
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to develop schedules that support accurate performance metrics, analysis, and corrective action planning
- Organize project activities into a logical sequence with valid predecessors and successors to identify a realistic and defensible critical path
- Align schedule tasks with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements to support resource tracking and performance measurement
- Ensure schedules implement program requirements necessary to meet life-cycle phase entry and exit criteria, including proper application of Earned Value Techniques and routine status updates
- Analyze existing project schedules and provide expert guidance on restructuring, critical path optimization, and workaround strategies to meet program objectives
- Validate schedule accuracy in forecasting and projecting milestone achievement and overall program performance
- Implement and manage an MS Project Server environment, providing a consolidated master schedule for all active programs
- Develop and document scheduling processes and procedures to institutionalize standard operating practices across program and management teams
- Communicate complex schedule, risk, and performance data clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactively identify and mitigate schedule risks through forward-looking analysis rather than reactive correction
Responsibilities
Skills and Experience
The Senior Program Scheduler EVMS Analyst must have:
- Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- 10+ years of relevant DoD experience, including hands-on program scheduling and acquisition support.
- 5-7 years of experience supporting SAP/SCI environments, with work performed within the last five (5) years
- Must be willing to consent to and successfully complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph, if required
- Experience working within a government acquisition organization, including schedule support for cost, technical, and program management functions
- Experience in a space acquisition environment (highly desired)
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Project, including advanced scheduling, critical path analysis, and EVM integration
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project Server implementation and administration
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and meet competing deadlines in a high-tempo environment
- Ability to convey complex technical and programmatic information in a clear, simplified manner
- Self-starter with minimal supervision requirements and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present concepts, plans, and recommendations
- Familiarity with system design, development, and manufacturing efforts governed by DoD contracts, specifications, and standards
Educations and Certifications
The Senior Program Scheduler EVMS Analyst must meet the following:

- Master of Arts/Master of Science/Master of Engineering (MA/MS/ME) degree
- Relevant work experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree
