About this Role
This high-priority role supports the RECON team within CNO, focusing on technical solutions that deliver immediate operational impact. You will operate in a highly collaborative capacity across multiple product teams to design and implement mission-critical systems. As part of a small team, you will work to establish end-to-end prototypes, develop requirements, and contribute to existing and new systems to improve infrastructure cognizance. This will include working directly with mission stakeholders to rapidly iterate on requirements, with the goal of delivering deployable solutions and necessary scripting support quickly.

We estimate you'll earn between $250,000 and $315,000 annually, including our flex income, depending upon your annual work hours.
Salary is determined on an individual basis following the interview process and considering various factors such as years of experience, skills, education, and certifications.

About this Role

This will include working directly with mission stakeholders to rapidly iterate on requirements, with the goal of delivering deployable solutions and necessary scripting support quickly.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain an active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates without a current clearance will not be considered.
- Understand the customers' mission, collaborate with team members, gather user requirements, and quickly develop solutions
- Independently drive feature development taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle.
- Integrate with, and contribute to, a diverse set of teams, systems, and technology stacks.
- Design and create reliable, intuitive user interfaces and workflows.
- Develop cutting-edge solutions for data visualizations, task automation, and workflow enhancements.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Technology flexibility, demonstrated by experience developing across the stack (UI/UX, middleware/API, back-end, and DevOps), and a willingness to use any necessary technology to achieve the solution.
- Experience developing with at least one UI framework (React, Vue, Angular).
- Experience writing scripts and services in Python.
- RESTful web application experience using both Spring Boot and Python.
- Familiarity with Relational Databases (Postgres, SQLite, etc.).
- Familiarity with GitLab (CI/CD).
- Twelve (12) years with a Bachelor's or four (4) additional years without the degree.
