Project Coordinator II

Athenix Solutions Group is looking for a Project Coordinator II in the Columbia, MD area. The Project Coordinator will support day-to-day program execution, coordination activities, and compliance tracking while working closely with technical and program leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Master Task List (MTL) Manager and deliverable tracking
• Provide technical meeting minutes, identify action items
• Prepare and compile technical briefs, track submission of deliverables, and monitor schedules
• Coordinate weekly status updates and reviews with stakeholders, including government customers and vendor partners
• Support Technical Exchange Meetings (TEM) and other vendor or partner engagements
• Assist with travel planning and coordination, labor forecasting, and requirements tracking
• Manage project files and folders on shared drives using tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira

Requirements

• Security Clearance Requirement - Active TS/SCI with polygraph
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an additional four (4) years' experience is required for a total of eight (8) years' experience
• Four (4) years' experience on large scale programs of over $5M a year in coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling activities
• Strong experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of direct experience supporting the intelligence community or signals intelligence activity is desired.?
