- Mid Level: 5-10 years of experience
- Supervisory: 10+ years of experience

Terms of Employment
- Full-time, 10-month position
- Salary aligned with the PEA Collective Bargaining Agreement
Role Description The BCBA will:
- Deliver advanced behavioral analysis services and develop behavior management plans
- Support school staff and families with behavior intervention strategies
- Conduct assessments and create plans aligned with IDEA and PA Chapter 14
Key Responsibilities
- Provide classroom support
- Consult with case managers
- Write and review Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and review Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) for IEPs and Reevaluation Reports (RRs)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Special Education or related human services field
- Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or
- Current Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist license

- PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
- Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
- School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
- PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
- Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Forms (Act 168)
