RealmOne requires the immediate hiring of a qualified CPSO/CSSO to ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) Rule 32CFR, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and other DoD/DSS policies and procedures. This role is critical to maintaining our facility's security program and supporting classified contracts and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support multiple federal agencies with varying security standards and procedures, utilizing the NISPOM Rule 32 CFR, ICDs, DoDM 5205.07 and other applicable directives, policies and procedures set forth by the DoD and Intelligence Community.
• Oversee the implementation and enforcement of NISPOM Rule 32 CFR and ICD requirements.
• Conduct security briefings, training, and annual refreshers for all cleared personnel.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to classified contracts, DD254s, visit requests, and incident reports.
• Conduct self-inspections and support DCSA assessments.
• Handle insider threat programs, physical security, and classified storage requirements.
• Maintain familiarity with tools such as DISS, NISS, e-QIP, and Scattered Castles.
• Assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of security policies and procedures, to include the insider threat program
• Provide security indoctrinations, debriefings, pre/post travel briefings and annual refresher briefings as necessary
• Assist in managing multiple prime and subcontracts
• Establish and maintain the eCPRL for each prime contract
• Responsible for ensuring pre-screening of candidates occurs to mitigate risk to the government, and that accurate paperwork and information is submitted to the customers
• Process SCI nominations for personnel supporting various efforts
• Utilize Government security systems to process Visit Requests, Foreign Travel Reports, and Security Packages.
• Investigate security violations and submit required reports to the government
• Document and maintain personnel security files and rosters
• Establish and maintain successful working relationships with government and internal customers
• Act as an advocate for the security program, using sound communication expertise and work with senior level managers to accomplish missions
• Reliable transportation for travel to client facilities in and around the National Capital Region.
• Ability to Travel to VA locations, as needed.
Qualifications:
• Active in scope Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph (Poly)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an CSSO/CPSO supporting DCSA and IC programs.
• Completion of the MPO CSSO course.
• Experience with security databases (DISS, NISS, e-QIP, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations or training sessions.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Physical Demands:
• Must be able to work in a typical office environment.
• Full-time Monday-Friday in office at the Columbia, MD location.
