Seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Technical Writer Business Process Manager to support Department of Defense (DoD) programs with expert-level technical documentation and business process development. This role plays a critical role in capturing, standardizing, and managing technical, operational, and procedural content across classified and unclassified environments.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in DoD documentation standards, understands system lifecycle support, and can transform complex processes into clear, actionable content for military, civilian, and contractor audiences.
Responsibilities
Skills / Experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance required, and you must be willing to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph
• Over 10 years of relevant DoD experience
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience supporting SAP and/or SCI environments within the past 5 years
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
• Proficient in Atlassian tools, including Confluence and Jira
• Skilled in workflow management, communications, and business process optimization
• Strong background in Department of Defense (DoD) program management support
