Position: Electrical Engineer
Location: Philadelphia, PA ( Monday and Friday are remote)
Clearance: Will need to get an interim secret clearance (2 week process)

NOTE: MUST BE A US CITIZEN AND WILLING TO GET AN INTERIM SECRET CLEARANCE.
Innovative Development: Design, test, and troubleshoot advanced power electronic systems, including inverters, AC-DC, and DC-DC converters.
Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and vendors to resolve engineering challenges and ensure product integrity.
Hands-On Lab Work: Conduct rigorous lab testing, prepare detailed analysis reports, technical manuals, and support preventive and corrective shipboard maintenance.
Technical Excellence: Interpret electrical schematics, calculate necessary components, and apply industry standards to drive effective power distribution and generation systems.
Who We're Looking For
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Power Systems Technology, Electrical, or a related field) with practical experience in power systems or energy applications.
Experience: Proven experience with electrical systems ranging from 12VDC to 2KVAC, including 3-phase power systems, AC/DC drives, and controllers.
Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and capable of obtaining/maintaining a DoD Secret security clearance.
Extra Credit
Previous work with or for the U.S. Navy.
• Experience with motor drives, medium voltage switchgear, protective relaying, and familiarity with GE electric power train equipment, Bogue, or DRS power electronics for naval applications is highly desirable.
