In this role, you will design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate solutions to deliver mission-centric results. You will collaborate closely with analysts, operators, data scientists, and software engineers to provide tactical mission support. What you will do
- Enhance and augment existing toolsets to meet mission requirements.
- Derive, document, and analyze technical and operational requirements.
- Build prototypes to demonstrate understanding of mission needs.
- Develop and deliver end-to-end toolsets that operate within mission constraints.
- Collaborate with customer leadership to build strong relationships and enable mission success.
What you need to have
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience.
- Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph (required).
- Technical Skills:
- Experience developing Computer Network Operations (CNO) software for Linux, Windows, and embedded applications.
- Proficiency in reverse engineering, particularly with tools like Ghidra.
- Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Python.
- Experience supporting and maintaining fielded software systems.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and Subversion.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Mindset:
- Willingness to learn new technologies and systems to meet evolving mission objectives.
What we'd like you to have
- Experience with additional programming languages, including Java, JavaScript, Bash, Assembly (x86/x64), PowerShell, Perl, C#, and Rust.
- Expertise in vulnerability research and exploit development.
- Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
- Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.
