Sr Full Stack Developer
Clearance: TS/SCI w CI poly. Able to sponsor CI Poly (process can take 6 weeks)

Salary: Compensation varies depending on location. 140K+

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with Scrum Master experience to support a mission-critical program. This role involves leading Agile software development efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering complex solutions using modern technologies. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, leadership in Agile practices, and a proactive approach to continuous learning and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including scope estimation, architecture/design, development, and automated testing.
• Act as Scrum Master, ensuring team adherence to Agile practices and facilitating key ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Work closely with the Product Owner and technical leadership to resolve obstacles and prioritize work effectively.
• Architect, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions in production environments.
• Break down large tasks into manageable units and provide Level of Effort (LOE) estimates.
• Collaborate with team members to create and document optimal technical designs.
• Ensure solutions meet customer requirements, even when those needs are evolving or loosely defined.
• Promote best practices in software design, code quality, and Agile development.
Required Qualifications:
• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
• U.S. Citizenship (required by contract)
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting technical/software development teams.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Technical Skills:
Web Development:
• HTML, CSS, Django, JQuery, Ajax, REST APIs
Programming Languages:
• Python, Java, JavaScript
Frontend Frameworks:
• Experience with scripting languages such as React
Database:
• SQL (Relational Databases)
Operating Systems:
• Windows, Linux
Version Control:
• Git, GitLab
DevOps & CI/CD:
• Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker
Cloud Experience:
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments including AWS, IBM, Google, Azure, and Oracle
• Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, SQS, SNS, EC2, CloudFormation, and RDS
• Preferred: AWS DevOps Engineer or similar cloud certification
Software Architecture:
• Client-Server, Model-View-Controller (MVC)
• Deep understanding of modern software design patterns and coding standards
Ideal Candidate Traits:
• Strong self-motivation and a desire to continuously learn new tools, languages, and technologies.
• Ability to lead within an Agile environment while still contributing technically.
