We have an opening on our cleared program in NJ for a configuration manager and wanted to see if anyone within your network would be interested. I've included a brief overview of the position. Position: Configuration Manager Clearance: Active Secret Location: Moorestown, NJ (Onsite – 300 Centerton Rd) Salary: $100–120K Travel: Up to 10% CONUS/OCONUS Program Overview: Supports the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Integrated Product Team for the U.S. Coast Guard Combat Systems Product Line. Provides hardware, software, and firmware configuration management for USCG C4ISR and combat management systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage configuration baselines and track HW/SW versions, licenses, documentation, and maintenance records. Maintain relational database configuration records and execute CM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support engineering change processes and perform QA on engineering changes and material lists. Document configuration items, collect/report CM metrics, and identify/report risks. Coordinate with ISEAs, SSAs, PMWs, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with NIWC CM processes. Required Experience: 5+ years managing system configurations in defense environments. 5+ years tracking HW/SW for USCG or Navy combat systems. Experience using CM tools such as CMPro, JIRA, or similar platforms. Extensive hands-on experience supporting C4ISR systems and defense acquisition or sustainment CM activities.
