Position: Video Teleconferencing Support Technician Location: Onsite – Norfolk, VA (1562 Mitscher Ave.) Schedule: Monday–Friday, core hours Salary: $65K–$75K Clearance: Active Secret required This position supports enterprise VTC and audiovisual operations for USFF Headquarters, ensuring mission-critical conference rooms, operations centers, and VTC systems remain operational and compliant with DoD and Navy standards. Responsibilities include scheduling and facilitating VTC sessions, troubleshooting complex technical issues, maintaining AV/VTC equipment, supporting conference room operations, coordinating repairs and upgrades, and providing multimedia support for high-visibility meetings, including senior military leadership. We're looking for candidates with 3+ years of recent DoD VTC call management experience, strong knowledge of VTC operations, AV technologies, communications systems, and troubleshooting. Experience supporting high-profile executive or Flag Officer events, along with expertise in VTC scheduling, interoperability, and conference room technologies, is highly desired.
