As a Recruiting Delivery Manager on our team, you will:
- Oversee and optimize your team's performance, guiding your Sourcers and Recruiters in providing high-volume, rapid delivery recruiting support to our Government Contracting customers.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the industry, closely collaborating with your team and clients to share insights on current market and industry trends, to offer salary recommendations, and to provide information on talent/skill availability and market scarcity that could impact demand plans.
- Coach, develop, and mentor our Veteran Sourcers, fostering their growth into skilled technical Sourcers and Recruiters.
- Take charge of managing assigned client accounts and relationships, ensuring the creation and ongoing nurturing of high levels of client satisfaction, trust, and confidence.
- Guarantee the consistent delivery of high-quality cleared talent and timely Stillwater recruiting support to all assigned clients.
- Oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels by ensuring a diverse pool of qualified candidates and by leading your team to grow and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline.
- Innovate and implement competitive recruiting strategies that are tailored to our client's most critical hiring needs.
- Lead with data-driven talent insights by regularly consulting with Stillwater leadership, team and clients to ensure progress, high level of effort, and consistent fulfillment of client hiring goals.
- Conduct regular project status calls, stand-ups meetings with Stillwater team and client stakeholders to keep all parties informed, aligned and on track.
- Swiftly identify, escalate and address potential roadblocks and challenges that may impede delivery outcomes by implementing prompt solutions to overcome obstacles and meet delivery targets.
- Provide continuous performance feedback to your direct reports, ensuring that expectations and team objectives are consistently achieved.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- Eligibility to work in the US for an indefinite period of time
- A minimum of 7+ years combined agency/corporate technical recruiting experience in the Federal government contracting industry
- A minimum of 3+ years relevant people management experience managing high volume SRO and/or RPO staffing projects
- Client facing experience briefing executive and hiring manager level stakeholders on recruiting strategies, reports and analytics
- Expert level knowledge of the technical recruiting lifecycle and of related sourcing and recruiting tools and platforms
- Advanced experience articulating recruiting analytics and using data to make informed and insightful decisions
- Intermediate to high level of proficiency using Microsoft Excel with the ability to prepare insightful reports
- A strong ability to multi-task and remain agile in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
- A high level of professionalism and enthusiasm, a keen ability to motivate and engage teams, and the ability to manage data integrity compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Excellent professional communication, client facing, time management, and organizational skills
