IntelliGenesis is looking for a Cyber Product Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for CYBERSPAN®, our enterprise-grade Network Detection and Response (NDR) platform. This is a hands-on, hybrid role combining product leadership, sales execution, and market strategy.
You'll help shape the product direction by gathering field insights, leading customer engagements, and closing deals. Your job is to connect customer needs with product capabilities, grow commercial adoption, and scale through channel partners and internal collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Range: $175,000 - $215,000

You'll help shape the product direction by gathering field insights, leading customer engagements, and closing deals. Your job is to connect customer needs with product capabilities, grow commercial adoption, and scale through channel partners and internal collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business by identifying prospects, running outbound campaigns, and closing deals
- Own the full sales cycle-discovery, demos, proof of value, pricing, and handoff
- Build and manage a clear 30/60/90-day pipeline plan with goals and forecasts
- Communicate how CYBERSPAN® fits within a customer's security stack (e.g., NDR vs. EDR/XDR/SIEM)
- Partner with finance to develop pricing models and "land and expand" offers
- Identify and onboard early channel partners (e.g., MSSPs, resellers) and manage joint sales efforts
- Collect customer feedback, define product requirements, and prioritize them with engineering
- Support brand visibility by representing IntelliGenesis at industry events, professional associations, and conferences to generate demand and partnership
- Establish internal rhythms: weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting, and deal retrospectives
- Support public sector teams by aligning CYBERSPAN®'s value to agency mission needs and contributing to federal capture strategies
- Lead internal sales operations: pipeline reviews, win/loss analysis, and CRM accuracy and integrity
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to commute to office in Columbia, MD
- 8+ years of experience in product management, sales, or business development for technology products
- 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, with a strong outbound focus.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or similar)
- Proven experience launching or growing a commercial SaaS or cybersecurity product
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and buyer needs
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business leaders
- Experience with pricing, packaging, and go-to-market planning
- Familiarity with sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and activity tracking
- Leadership experience in cross-functional settings or startup/small-company environments
- Willingness to travel to support customers, events, and partner meetings
- Some Federal, DoD, or Intelligence Community market experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
