- Provide programmatic support to the client on-site under the supervision of a Directorate-level Task Lead and the Task Order's Program Managers.
Required Experience:
- Roughly 2-3 years of experience providing program/project management support or coordination for a DoD customer.
- Extremely capable of using MS Project to:
- Create project schedules from scratch
- Conduct updates
- Provide reports on scheduling
- Roll schedules into a Directorate-level Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Ability to identify:
- Critical path items
- Mission impact
- Required due dates
- As part of schedules, WBS documentation, and briefings.
- Ability to develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Thorough understanding of how to develop and utilize an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Experience performing PMI-based project management processes.
- Ability to provide proactive communication with the Government Lead.
- Experience developing and refining:
- PowerPoint slides
- Data in Excel
- Project briefings
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused
Education:
- Bachelor's degree

- Nice to Have:
- PMP or CAPM from PMI
- Any MS Project certifications or courses
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have):
- Experience at DISA
- Experience using the IPAS tool
- Experience in telecommunications project management
Technical Knowledge:
- Minimal technical knowledge of transport networks/telecom
