Are you an experienced System Administrator ready to support a mission that truly matters? At KRYPTAURI, we’re looking for a skilled professional to help maintain and optimize secure IT systems that support national defense and global collaboration.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and troubleshoot enterprise IT systems across LINUX and Windows environments.
- Monitor system health, resolve hardware/software/network issues, and support daily operations.
- Apply security patches and ensure systems meet DoD cybersecurity standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage system changes and maintain security authorizations.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, escalating issues and communicating status as needed.
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
- Support the design and architecture of mission-critical systems and infrastructure.

In this role, you’ll support a high-impact government mission focused on enabling secure information sharing across agencies, partners, and classification levels. The work involves cutting-edge cross domain technologies that help protect national security while ensuring critical data reaches the right people—safely and efficiently. It’s a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your expertise directly supports national defense and global partnerships.
What You Bring:
- 15+ years of experience in system administration supporting secure, large-scale environments.
- 6+ years of experience with IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong background in configuration management, patching, and system hardening.
- Proficiency in managing mixed OS environments (Windows, Linux, UNIX).
- Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- ITIL 4 certification (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree).
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliance (Security+ CE or equivalent).
