RMantra Solutions is CELEBRATING a contract win for DOD CIO. We are hiring 10 Security Control Assessor (SCA-R)
· Job Location: Rosslyn, Virginia On-site work
· Targeted Start Date: As early as August 4, 2025 or with two week notice
· Five (5) year contract
· Education Requirement:
· Bachelors or Master’s degree in IT-related field or 10+ years of additional years of IT work experience
Years of Experience:
· 10+ years’ experience in Cybersecurity area
· 5 to 8 years Certification and Accreditation/ Assessment and Authorization
· 2 to 5 years Security Control Assessor/Validator Experience.
· Four (4) years of demonstrated aggregate experiencs involved in detailed design, installation, and configuration of IT systems and networks in accordance with DoD cybersecurity policies (e.g., DoDI 8500.2) and DISA STIGs, to include the configuration and use of security products
· Four (4) years of demonstrated aggregate experience monitoring application and system security configurations and auditing IT systems and networks for compliance with DoD Cybersecurity policy
Certification Requirements:
· DoD 8570 IAM/IAT Level III certification, plus other cert
· Computing Environment certification (RH Linux OS, Win OS, Cisco, Cloud) within 6 months of assignment to position
Clearance Requirements:
· Top Secret, SCI
Experience Requirements:
· Expert in RMF
· Demonstrated leadership skills/Previous lead position
· Customer service skills
· Proficient with RMF process, NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53, CNSSI 1253
