Position Title:
ServiceNow Developer (Customer & Career-Oriented)

Location:
Annapolis Junction, MD

Clearance Requirement:
TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph

Overview:

We are seeking a career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Responsibilities include:

• Researching, designing, developing, and/or modifying enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software.
• Applying advanced knowledge to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Performing software updates, refinement, testing, and debugging to meet evolving business needs.
• Providing advanced guidance on system documentation, maintenance, and updates.
• Conducting advanced analysis and generating reports on software project specifications, activities, and status.

Qualifications:

Mandatory:

• Minimum of 1 year of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and general software development practices.
• Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.

Education:

• High School diploma or GED with 10 years of experience, or
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience.

Certifications:

• IAT Level 2 Certification (required)
• CompTIA Security+ CE

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ServiceNow CAM, RMF, GRC, and/or SecOps modules.
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53 and the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Expertise in ServiceNow development and administration.
