• Location: Maxwell Gunter AFB in Montgomery Alabama
• Schedule: on-site day shift, 7am-3pm
• Compensation: $120-130k (potential flexibility)
• Contract: Newly awarded and funded through next 5yrs, contract kicked off on 7/2/25

Program Description:
This position is supporting a 5-year, $116M task order to support the 26 Network Operations Squadron (26 NOS) at Maxwell AFB, Montgomery, AL under our Army RS3 IDIQ Contract. Our team will support the 26 NOS in providing mission assurance services to Air Force Warfighters through the operation, management, and defense of the Air Force portion of the Department of Defense Informational Network (DODIN). The team will also assist the 26 NOS in maintaining network infrastructure – to include routers, switches, fire walls, servers, Storage Area Networks (SAN), and Test Labs – and enhancing the defense of both classified and unclassified networks. Work will be performed primarily at Gunter AFB Annex, Montgomery, AL and Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX.
This program supports The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Space Command, 24th Air Force, 67th Network Warfare Wing, 26th Network Operations Group, 26th Network Operations Squadron (26 NOS) has a recurring requirement for Air Force Intranet Control (AFINC).
Required Experience:
• Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, upgrading, patching, and hardening:
o Routers
o Serial consoles
o Load balancers
o Switches
• Analyzing and simulating network traffic to:
• Aid in problem resolution
• Test updated configurations in virtual or physical lab environments
• Monitoring system utilization and circuit bandwidth, reporting anomalies to Government team leads
• Developing, executing, modifying, or removing scripts to assist in task automation
• Reviewing and documenting all workload activities (incident/change requests) to avoid rework and support audits/investigations
• Deep understanding of enterprise-level network architectures and configurations
• Experience with ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) is desired
• Notifying the ITEC or Property Custodian in writing within 4 hours for all accountable item moves
• Neatly bundling and concealing excess system/peripheral cabling after each installation or repair
