Overview
Trident Technologies and Consulting - Global, LLC (d.b.a. T2C-Global) is currently seeking Senior Counterintelligence Analyst(s) to support United States Special Operations Command CENTRAL (USSOCCENT), primarily located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities
• Provide timely, cogent, and relevant advice to improve the Cl posture of supported activities, ensure intelligence oversight compliance, and accurately document and report Cl indicators or concerns.
• Coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, de-conflict information of value between sections, and independently produce reports.
• Research, create, develop, and deliver professional multi-media, written reports, and Cl products at the operational and strategic levels utilizing multiple Cl and HUMINT reporting tools; receive Contact, Lead, and Intelligence Information Reports, participate in reviews, and respond with corrective measures as necessary.
• Manage source data information within the Integrated Defense Source Registration System as well as participate in Asset Validation Panels and provide accurate, in-depth Cl reviews of all active assets.
• Develop all-source association matrices on individuals of CI interest.
• Maintain familiarity with signature reduction training standards and processes, assist the command in determining the appropriate use of signature reduction techniques, and ensure all standards are met before signature reduction techniques are applied.
Required Qualifications
• Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI Eligibility & CI Poly
• Minimum of a master’s degree
• A minimum of 12 years of experience performing counterintelligence related operations while serving in a Joint Special Operations Task Force, Inter-agency Task Force, National Intelligence Agency, Law Enforcement Agency, Joint Cl Activity, or Combatant Command.
• CI-SMEs shall have no less than eight (8) years of operational analysis experience in their analytical field. Five (5) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of special operations and combat overseas tours with a SMU and or SOF in an operational environment
• Advanced skill sets with the HUMINT Operations Cycle, Cl Support to HUMINT Operations, Asset Risk Assessment System (ARMS), Operational Risk Management Process, and Patterns of Life Analysis and one or more of the following areas: Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, SIGINT Targeting, Convergence Analysis, and Intelligence training.
• Employed their expert knowledge and understanding of Cl theory, doctrine, rules, laws, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to full spectrum Cl operations.
