About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled C5ISRT Analysis Support professional to support the NOVASTAR 3IAS program at Wright-Patterson AFB. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Targeting (C5ISRT) to support USAF technical intelligence requirements and contribute to the nation’s most critical security challenges.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide subject matter expertise on C5ISRT architecture, interoperability, and mission-critical solutions.
• Conduct advanced technical analyses and vulnerability assessments of C5ISRT systems and concepts of operation.
• Develop actionable recommendations for future C5ISRT capabilities to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate with diverse engineering and intelligence teams to identify, evaluate, and support the implementation of advanced C5ISRT solutions.
• Assist in the research and analysis of emerging technologies to bolster C5ISRT and ISR domains.
Basic Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI clearance at the time of application.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, military science, or related technical field.
• 6+ years of direct experience in C5ISRT or related domains.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with DoD or USAF processes, policies, and operational requirements.
Desired Skills
• Experience supporting ISR, cyber defense, or intelligence analysis programs.
• Familiarity with DoD 8570 certification requirements or equivalent.
• Familiarity with classified systems, data links, and interoperability requirements.
• Analytical, flexible, and solutions-focused mindset.
