Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- Lead all Agile practitioners on the program, including Agile Coaches, RTEs, STEs and Scrum Masters. Find ways to coach and continuously improve collaboration at scale for a large-scale Federal Government Enterprise.
- Key lead responsible for leading and operationalizing Agile Solution Factory with Full SAFe configuration for a large Federal Government enterprise.
- Lead Value Stream and ART Identification workshops during program launch and in accordance with transformation roadmap.
- Coach and train executives, leaders, Agile teams, and specialty roles-such as Epic Owner, Business Owner, Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, Solution Train Engineer (STE) and Release Train Engineer (RTE).
- Coach and train teams and participate in critical events like Program Increment (PI) Planning and Inspect and Adapt (I&A).
- Coach leaders and stakeholders to build and maintain the Vision, Roadmap, and Program Backlogs.
- Responsible for overall coaching of teams, Product Owners, Product Managers, Architects, STEs, and RTEs.
- Guide organizations in fostering better ways of working
- Using the principles of SAFe, serve the teams, enable product delivery, and benefit the overall enterprise.
- By embodying servant leadership, drive the organization's adoption to increase SAFe's effectiveness and relentlessly expand collaboration, coordination, knowledge transfer, and consistent information flow.
- Be a facilitator of change by organizing around value, encouraging knowledge sharing and use of design thinking to innovate the solutions delivered.
- Lead teams to establish a DevOps culture and mindset, the Continuous Delivery Pipeline, infrastructure, and associated Agile technical practices.
- Lead Agile Coaches to facilitate extension to the portfolio by socializing and driving SAFe practices to the portfolio level, including Portfolio Vision, Lean Budgets using Participatory Budgeting and Guardrails and Lean Portfolio Management.
- Partner with the Government to communicate the value of Strategic Themes.
- Measure & Grow the SAFe implementation at various points using SAFe provided assessments to understand where the organization is on the path to business agility.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Master 's degree plus twelve (12) years of rel evant experience Comparable combination of lower education and additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree .
- Five (5) years of experience coaching SAFe implementations
- Certified SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) or Certified SAFe® Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass an IT-1 background investigation , or already possess a Secret security clearance
- Federal business experience
- Experience implementing Portfolio or Full SAFe for an enterprise building large-scale solutions
Desired:
- Prior e xperience in executing SAFe Implementation Roadmap in a Federal Government environment
- Experience supporting USTRANSCOM
